US and Territories:
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $20. Shipping is a flat rate of $3.95 for all other orders.
Canada:
Shipping is a flat rate of $16.95 for orders up to $25.
Shipping is a flat rate of $13.95 for orders between $25.01 and $35.
Shipping is a flat rate of $11.95 for orders between $35.01 and $44.94.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for orders over $44.94.
